They feature a 14-gauge(5/64 inch) steel plate, made using 1.26-inch by 0.06-inch steel tubes, adding further reinforcement and stability. To enhance their appearance and protection against corrosion, the tube doors are finished with a textured black powder coat. And they undergo a premium E-coating process. E-coating involves applying an electrically charged paint solution to the surface, which results in a durable and uniform coating.   Simple Straight Forward Installation: TOKMOWIN designed the Tubular Doors as a simple bolt-on replacement for your factory doors. Remove the nuts on the bottom of the door hinge and lift off your factory doors. Hang your new Tubular Doors in place of the old ones and secure them with the supplied hardware.
